The CTC is seeking a creative Artistic Director to take on season selection, artistic visioning, and oversight of artistic work.

 

In this position, a candidate will need to be familiar with the operations of a community theater, and be prepared to take charge as the person responsible for the theater’s artistic vision and maintaining the artistic standards of excellence to which the theater aspires.

 

This role will be full-time with a salary range of $47,500-$52,500. Actual base compensation will be based on individual qualifications and experience relevant to the role.
