Silly Stuff and Other Bits is a performing duo that works together to tell short stories that inspire themselves and their audiences. Using a modified version of the narrative exercise, “What Comes Next?” from Keith Johnstone, we both tell a story for the audience and at the same time show a brief glimpse into what’s happening inside the performers minds.

 

Neal Leaheey and Riley Cash have been improvising together for the last five years as part of the Contemporary Theatre Company’s improv ensemble and have traveled around the world performing and studying with experts in narrative improvisation like Patti Stiles, Shawn Kinley, Keith Johnstone, and others to develop this format.
